The work is part of the restoration project of the Vicenza Civic Art Gallery, located in the splendid Palazzo Chiericati, designed in the 16th century by Andrea Palladio. We were invited to be part of a multidisciplinary team in which architecture, design and communication worked together with a focus on the visitor's experience and giving a central role in the touristic and cultural landscape of the city back to the Art Gallery.
Environmental design
The architecture and the exhibition project were led by Emilio Alberti and Mauro Zocchetta, two immensely influential names in the field of curating large exhibitions in museums and historical buildings in Italy.
We have worked alongside them in the development of the project, dealing with integrated image design, the didactic aspects, environmental communication and marketing strategy.
